    I don’t think it would do you a bit of good. If you want to do very little exercise, try PUSH-UPS, SQUATS, and PULLDOWNS. Your abs will be worked indirectly… and plenty, at that.

    dear Death Entangle…that really doesnt help you, hell yeah thats amazing for you.if you do that everyday i give you mad props. but all that does is strengthen your core..makes it stronger and makes your abs harder.eating right and doing caridio workouts is really a big step into getting ripped.

    -_- that is the most pathetic advise i have ever heared…and dont promise people ”ripped abs” in 2 weeks, 2 weeks is not even close to the ammount of time it will take to develope a ”ripped” body, you kids that do 1000 situps a night and take a picture of them selves tensing their stomach’s a couple of weeks later, completely fail!

    absolutely not… No way you got ripped in two weeks through that. not even a possible chance. Overdoing it will cause no gain at all.. And crunches and sit ups focus on the upper area..

    Oh, and I almost forgot. 75% of getting a six pack.. is COMPLETELY focused on your diet.

    dude, if you truly want ripped abs quickly, just do 1,000 situps, and 1,500 cruches a day, I got ripped abs in 2 weeks.

    If u want extreme abs do sit ups and russian twists. And taking it to the next level add weights or on the edge of a bed or bench or whatever. that targets everything. But u need to put effort to it. Best routine is morning afternoon then night before bed. Of 3 sets and reps till failure. Your welcome
